At The Remedy Kitchen Apothecary, every product is handcrafted in small batches with extreme attention to detail. Because our herbal extracts and wellness items are made fresh, we do not accept returns for reasons of safety, quality control, and product integrity.
That said, your satisfaction is everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not quite right, we will gladly replace it or make it right. Simply reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll take care of you quickly.
We Offer:

We Do Not Offer:

Production is small batch,hands on, hand blended specialty recipes with extreme attention to every detail.
Shipping is usually in just a few days but there are extreme cases were we need a few extra days for a specific ingredient. Expect almost all orders to ship quickly and if we have a delay we will email you an update.
