SHIPPING POLICY — The Remedy Kitchen Apothecary
Thank you for supporting our small, handcrafted apothecary. Every order is blended, bottled, labeled, and packed with care. Because our products are made in small batches, our shipping flow is simple, transparent, and designed to protect both you and our tiny operation.
Processing Time: Standard is 1-3 Business Days. Occasionally there is a delay with an ingredient and we will email you if that is the case with your order so you know.
All orders are prepared in the order they’re received.
- Standard Processing: 1-3 business days
- High-volume periods: 5–7 business days (we’ll always communicate if there’s a delay)
- Each product is handmade, so slight variations in color or consistency are completely natural.
If you need a rush, reach out—we will always do our best.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS, depending on speed and location.
- Most orders arrive within 1–7 business days after leaving our workshop.
- Tracking information is automatically emailed when your order ships via email.
- Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holiday volume—these are out of our control, but we always help troubleshoot.
Damaged or Missing Packages
We stand behind our packaging and will make it right.
- If your order arrives damaged, email us within 72 hours with a photo of the item and packaging.
- We will replace the product at no cost to you.
- If a package is lost or marked “delivered” but not received, we will help file a claim with the carrier and work toward a fair solution. That is why we require you phone number when you place your order so the carrier can reach you if needed.
We cannot offer refunds for carrier errors, but we will work closely with you to fix the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- If the address entered is incorrect and the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.
- If the package is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect customer entry, we cannot provide refunds.
International Shipping
If you would like to place an international order, contact us first. Some countries restrict herbal extracts, and we want to ensure your order clears customs safely.
Sustainable Packaging
We use minimal, eco-friendly packaging whenever possible. Some protective materials are still required for glass bottles, but we reduce waste wherever we can.
